• LH Funding Corporation provides funding solutions to personal injury plaintiffs.  We assume the risk that if there is no recovery from the pending lawsuit, the client will not owe LH Funding anything. This is called non recourse funding.  This is not a loan. Unlike a loan, if you lose your case you do not owe LH Funding anything.
  
  
  
• LH FUNDING CORPORATION was founded by Larry Hoffman, who practiced personal injury law for ten years before forming LH Funding Corporation.  The company was started to provide a means for personal injury plaintiffs to obtain funding against their case when they have nowhere else to turn to meet their immediate economic needs. 
  
  
  
• As a former personal injury attorney, I understand the needs and concerns of the client, the attorney and the medical provider, related to non recourse funding.   My company works diligently to make the process simple and hassle free for everybody involved.  A main goal of LH Funding is to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the clients, their attorneys and their doctors. 
  
  
  
• Personal injury plaintiffs may have difficulty meeting their immediate economic needs while they await the outcome of their case.  We provide funds to help meet those needs.  LH Funding provides capital for many different needs: To pay rent, make car payments, for medical expenses (such as surgery related to the accident), alimony payments, essential monthly living expenses, etc.
